Terms & Conditions

1. Flowers ideally need to be received within 2 days of your event to achieve best results. I will of course consider flowers received outside of this time frame, with the mutual agreement that I cannot guarantee all blooms will be useable.

2. Blooms will be pressed traditionally, with weekly ‘check-ins’. Some flowers press quicker than others, with the average process taking around 9 weeks.

3. If your event is around the Milton Keynes area, I recommend dropping them off to me in person to ensure they are in the best shape. I also accept posted blooms and we can discuss this process upon booking.

4. If you decide to post your blooms, I will provide some tips of how best to do this, to ensure they arrive with me in the best condition. I recommend you using a trackable, 24-hour service. Deposits will not be returned if proof of postage is not obtained and blooms do not arrive. Please note that in instances where blooms are damaged in transit due to poor packaging or handling, I will do my best to salvage some for pressing, but cannot guarantee.

5. Once pressed, blooms will be arranged and photographed for your approval before gluing and framing.

6. Occasionally, unforeseen issues occur and pressing doesn’t quite go to plan. Whilst I do everything I possibly can to avoid this, if a situation occurs whereby none of your blooms are frame-able, a full refund of your deposit will be given.

7. Your blooms will be framed using high-quality, glass-fronted frames. Please take care when hanging; no responsibility will be taken or refund given if frames are damaged whilst hanging / being displayed.

8. I do not recommend displaying your framed blooms in direct sunlight; whilst every step is taken to ensure colours stay as vibrant as possible, some blooms may naturally fade if exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

9. To ensure the highest quality, I can only accept a certain number of commissions per month. Please do send an enquiry and get your date booked to avoid disappointment.
